A meeting on the topic “Inclusive Labor Market and Employment Opportunities” was organized at Mingachevir State University (MSU).

The meeting was attended by representatives of the labor market — Kamila Ilyasova, Director of Nursery-Kindergarten No. 16 “Aynur,” methodologist Shovla Isaqova, Aynur Ismixanli, Director of Nursery-Kindergarten No. 10 “Qaranfil,” methodologist Tarana Movsumova, as well as lecturers of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of MSU — Ayshen Ismayilova and Gunel Najafova, and students.

Within the framework of the event, the importance of an inclusive labor market, employment opportunities for youth, ways of integration into the labor market, as well as the creation of equal career opportunities were widely discussed. Participants exchanged views on the topic and highlighted approaches based on real labor market practices.

The main objective of the meeting was to increase students’ awareness of the labor market, ensure their understanding of future career opportunities, and contribute to promoting equal employment opportunities for all members of society.

It should be noted that, Mingachevir State University regularly organizes such informative meetings and seminars aimed at strengthening the link between education and the labor market, developing students’ practical knowledge and skills, and contributing to the formation of an inclusive society.
