An online seminar on the topic “Leader and Leadership” was organized by the Internship and Career Development Center of Mingachevir State University (MSU). The event, held via the Microsoft Teams platform, featured Professor Evren Güçer from the Faculty of Tourism of Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University as the speaker.

In his presentation, Professor Evren Güçer spoke about modern leadership models, effective team management, personal development strategies for leaders, and leadership practices in the tourism sector. Sharing his personal experiences with young lecturers and students, he encouraged them to remain active and motivated toward their future career goals.

Young lecturers of MSU and students studying in tourism-oriented specialties participated in the seminar and addressed their questions on the topic.

It should be noted that the event aimed to support the development of students’ leadership skills and strengthen their professional training.
