Starting from June 11, 2026, employees of the Departments for Documentation and Appeals, Organization and Planning of Education, and Human Resources of Mingachevir State University have been sent to Azerbaijan Technical University to participate in practical training sessions on the Electronic Document Management System.

During the training sessions, the relevant employees of AzTU provided detailed information about the functional capabilities of the electronic document management system owned by “AIST Group”, as well as the processes related to the registration, execution, monitoring mechanisms and management of document routes in a digital environment. Participants were practically introduced to the organization of work with documents through the system, monitoring of execution discipline, optimization of document flow and effective use of electronic management tools.

It should be noted that, in line with the implementation of relevant orders and instructions of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on expanding the application of electronic governance and digital solutions in state institutions, Mingachevir State University has fully transitioned to the Electronic Document Management System. In this regard, the University is consistently implementing measures aimed at digitalizing document circulation, increasing the flexibility of management processes and minimizing paper-based workflow.

The transition to the Electronic Document Management System is regarded as an important stage in the digital transformation process at Mingachevir State University. This system makes a significant contribution to improving the efficiency of internal university management, optimizing document-related workflows, strengthening execution discipline and developing modern management mechanisms.
