Training on “Accountability in the Public and Private Sectors” held at Mingachevir State University

A training on “Accountability in the Public and Private Sectors” was held at Mingachevir State University (MSU), organized by the Department of Economics.

The training was attended by the university’s academic staff, students, and master’s degree candidates. Opening the event, the organizers highlighted the growing importance of transparency and accountability in both public and private sectors, emphasizing the need to enhance knowledge and competencies in this area.

Following this, a presentation was delivered by Ulvi Seyidli, a lecturer of the Department of Economics. The presentation covered key aspects of accountability in public and private sectors, mechanisms for ensuring transparency in financial and management systems, international best practices, and modern approaches applied in this field. Particular attention was given to the role of accountability in economic development, effective governance, and building public trust.

Within the framework of the training, interactive discussions were held with participants, their questions were addressed, and practical approaches were exchanged.
