Training on “Creative Thinking and Innovation” Held at Mingachevir State University

A training session on “Creative Thinking and Innovation” was organized for students at Mingachevir State University (MSU) by the university’s Internship and Career Department within the framework of the “Soft Skills and Labor Market Readiness” project implemented by the Education Student Loan Fund. The training aimed to contribute to the personal and professional development of students benefiting from the support of the Education Student Loan Fund.

The main purpose of the training was to develop participants’ creative thinking skills, promote innovative approaches, and foster diverse perspectives in problem-solving.

During the training, students were provided with information on the essence and significance of creative thinking, as well as its connection with innovation. Participants also engaged in group work based on the SCAMPER method, where they collaborated on generating and developing various ideas.

Through interactive discussions and presentations, students demonstrated their innovative approaches and had the opportunity to strengthen their teamwork skills.

At the end of the training, certificates of appreciation were presented to the participants, and a commemorative photo was taken.
