The “JusticeLab Hackathon” was held at Mingachevir State University with the aim of promoting innovative approaches in the field of law, integrating technology into the justice system, and enhancing students’ practical skills. The event was jointly organized by the Faculties of Law and Engineering, creating an intensive and result-oriented innovation environment for participants.

Within the framework of the hackathon, participants analyzed key challenges in the legal and justice system, including limited access to legal services, procedural complexity, data accessibility, and transparency issues. Based on these analyses, teams developed technological solutions addressing these areas. The projects focused on the digitalization of legal services, creation of platforms facilitating access to legal information, automation of processes, and optimization of decision-making mechanisms.

The main objective of the “JusticeLab Hackathon” was to enable participants to combine their legal knowledge with technological approaches and develop practical solutions applicable to real-world problems. In their projects, participants presented comprehensive and functional solutions, taking into account legal compliance, technical feasibility, and user needs.

During the event, participants worked intensively in teams within a dynamic and creative environment, transforming their ideas into practical project models within a short period of time. This process significantly contributed to the development of their analytical thinking, innovative approach, and problem-solving skills.

At the final stage of the hackathon, teams presented their projects to the jury panel. The evaluation was based on criteria such as innovation, legal and technological relevance, implementation potential, and contribution to the justice system. The most successful projects were recognized, and participants were provided with practical recommendations for further development.
