Admission to Bachelor education level
The right to be admitted to higher educational institutions is possessed by persons who have received a document of the corresponding state sample on the completion of full secondary, secondary special or higher education.
Students are admitted to Mingachevir State University on a general basis. Applicants pass the general competition by participating in the tests conducted by the State Examination Center, and applicants who have gained enough points in the competition are admitted to the University. At the same time, sub-bachelors who have completed secondary specialized education can participate in the process of non-competitive admission.
Baccalaureate education is carried out on the basis of a state order or on a paid basis.
The student's Bachelor's degree is regulated by a special agreement between Mingachevir State University and the customer – parent, student or any institution.

Admission to the Master education level
A person who has a diploma on higher education in any specialty has the right to be admitted to the magistracy.
Admission to the Master education is carried out by the State Examination Center. Persons with higher education in any specialty pass the general competition by participating in the tests conducted by the State Examination Center, and bachelors who have gained enough points in the competition are admitted to the master’s level.
Education at the master's level is carried out on a state order or on a paid basis.
