Internal Control Department

The Internal Control Department (henceforth – Department) of Mingachevir State University (hereinafter MSU) is a structural unit that implements internal control measures on the functional activity of the structural units of the MSU and the labor activity of its employees.

In its activity, the department is guided by the normative legal acts included in the legislative system of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the acts of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the charter of MSU, as well as the decisions and instructions of the management of MSU, as well as the internal Regulations.

While performing its duties and exercising its rights, the department interacts with institutions included in the structure of MSU, as well as with state and local self-government bodies, legal entities and individuals. The Internal Control Department studies the performance of labor functions and compliance with ethical behavior rules by the scientific-pedagogical and administrative staff and ensures the normal course of the work regime, participates in the process of establishing and maintaining relations with students in accordance with the law.

In order to ensure the implementation of the tasks assigned to the department, to conduct monitoring in the structural units of the university, to inspect the documents reflecting the activities of the structural units of MSU in accordance with the valid instructions and regulations based on the plan and special task, to monitor the state of labor discipline in the units and the labor discipline and ethics by the employees. Issues such as monitoring compliance with the rules of conduct are among the main tasks.
