Disciplinary Commission
The Disciplinary Commission of Mingachevir State University operates to ensure internal order within the university, strengthen labor and educational discipline, and promote social justice. The Commission investigates violations of the university’s internal regulations by students and staff and takes appropriate actions. The activities of the Commission are strictly confidential and are disclosed only to authorized individuals.

The Commission holds monthly meetings, and decisions are made by open voting through a simple majority. The minutes of the meetings are presented only to the rector and authorized individuals.
