A training session on the topic “Career and Family Balance” was organized in the assembly hall of Secondary School No. 10 in Mingachevir for senior students of the Primary Education program at Mingachevir State University (MSU), who are currently undertaking their teaching practice at the school.

The training was conducted by Aydin Karimov, a lecturer at the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of MSU. During the session, an extensive exchange of ideas was held with prospective young teachers on modern career planning, professional development opportunities in the teaching profession, as well as the importance of maintaining a healthy balance between personal life and family relationships.

Within the framework of the interactive training, various practical examples were discussed with participants, their opinions were heard, and useful recommendations that they can apply in their future pedagogical activities were provided.

The training was met with great interest by the participants and was considered highly beneficial.
