A group of graduates from Mingachevir State University have been employed at hotels within the Absheron Hotel Group Hotel & Resort network after successfully completing their internship program under the “Red Hearts” Educational Student Scholarship Program.

Within the framework of the scholarship program, the university’s graduates had the opportunity to improve their professional skills at leading hotels in the country and gain experience in hospitality and service fields in accordance with international standards. Graduates who successfully completed the internship stage were offered employment opportunities in recognition of their knowledge, skills, and sense of responsibility.

Among the graduates:

• Sabir Safarov will work at Courtyard by Marriott Baku;
• Ravan Gasimov will work at Baku Marriott Hotel Boulevard;
• Elnara Allahverdiyeva will work at Sheraton Baku Intourist;
• Samir Adilov will work at Pik Palace Shahdag, Autograph Collection.

The program is implemented by the “Red Hearts” Foundation and the Education Development Fund. The main purpose of the project is to support the professional development of young people, prepare them for the labor market, and provide them with opportunities to gain real work experience.
