On January 30, 2026, the “Student Youth Organizations Award Ceremony 2026” was held on the occasion of February 2 – Azerbaijani Youth Day with the support of the Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and organized by the Union of Student Youth Organizations.

During the event, the activities carried out throughout the year by Student Youth Organizations representing higher education institutions across the country were evaluated, and distinguished organizations were awarded in various nominations.

The Student Youth Organization of Mingachevir State University achieved outstanding results in three nominations and received awards during the ceremony. In particular, the MSU Student Youth Organization was awarded the title of “Student Youth Organization of the Year” for its active, innovative, and student-oriented activities carried out throughout 2025.

At the same time, the “CreArt” Club operating under the MSU Student Youth Organization was named “Student Club of the Year” for its achievements in creative and social projects.

Another remarkable achievement was the awarding of the honorary title “Student Youth Organization Representative of the Year” to Subhana Abushova, Deputy Chairperson for Student Affairs of the organization, for her active organizational work and effective engagement with students.

It should be noted that these achievements are the result of systematic efforts carried out at Mingachevir State University to increase the social engagement of students, develop leadership skills, and ensure the active integration of young people into social and cultural life.
