On November 6, 2025, the grave of Oruc Najafli, a graduate of Mingachevir State University who heroically rose to martyrdom during the 2020 Patriotic War, was visited on the occasion of his anniversary at the Martyrs’ Alley in Mingachevir.

The university’s rector, Anar Eminov, together with university staff and students, honored the martyr’s memory with deep respect and laid flowers at his grave. During the visit, prayers were recited for the soul of the martyr, and his bravery and sacrifice for the homeland were remembered with gratitude.

During the visit, the graves of Patriotic War martyrs Fuad Khankishiyev and Tural Orujov were also visited, and their memories were honored with respect.

It should be noted that this visit, organized by the MDU community, served as a clear expression of the attention and respect shown toward the cherished memory of the university’s martyr graduates.
