On February 21, 2026, the next citizen reception for students, master’s degree students, and their parents was held at Mingachevir State University with the participation of Rector Anar Eminov.

During the meeting, questions raised by parents and students were answered, and detailed discussions were held on various topics related to their educational experience. Applications and requests were listened to on the spot, relevant instructions were given, and issues were clarified. Questions concerning the students’ education and internship processes were addressed, and prompt action was taken to resolve the difficulties they faced. In addition, taking into account the proposals put forward by parents, detailed information was provided about various university programs.

The appeals mainly concerned the organization of internships, improvement of foreign language skills, increasing flexibility in the educational process, enhancing teacher–student communication, and studying abroad.

It should be noted that meetings in this format will be organized on a regular basis and will contribute to further improving university management and the educational environment.
