Awareness-raising activities were conducted among students at Mingachevir State University (MSU) within the framework of the “Year of Urban Planning and Architecture” on the occasion of 26 June – the International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking.

During the awareness-raising process, informational booklets were distributed to students. While distributing the booklets, an employee of the Mingachevir City Police Department and university teachers informed students about the negative effects of drug use on human health, social life and future development opportunities.

During the discussions, the importance of young people staying away from harmful habits, choosing a healthy lifestyle and being aware of legal responsibility was emphasized.

MSU will continue to carry out awareness-raising activities aimed at preparing students for a healthy, responsible and safe future.
