Digital Transformation Department

The Department of Digital Development and Project Management of Mingachevir State University is a structural unit that implements the university’s goals and objectives in organizing, coordinating, implementing, regulating and supervising digital transformation activities at MSU, promoting projects related to MSU, including startups, providing relevant support for them, and encouraging initiative and innovation.

In its activities, the Department is guided by the normative legal acts included in the legislative system of the Republic of Azerbaijan, orders and instructions of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Charter of MSU, this Regulation, as well as orders and other lawful instructions of the university administration.

Work carried out in the department

The main areas of activity of the Department include:

Participating in the development of MSU’s strategy related to digitalization, digital transformation and project management;
Identifying needs related to the implementation of digital systems, resources and services at MSU;
Implementing relevant measures for the development of digitalization, digital transformation, projects and startups in accordance with MSU’s strategic development plan;
Organizing and coordinating activities related to the development, implementation and integration of digital systems, resources and services at MSU;
Taking measures to ensure effective management and efficient use of digital systems, resources and services at MSU;
Ensuring the organization and coordination of project and startup activities at MSU.
