On 13 July 2026, Mingachevir State University (MSU) hosted a meeting dedicated to developing cooperation with the “Araz” Housing Construction Cooperative.

During the meeting, MSU Vice-Rector for Science and Innovation Natavan Namazova highlighted the importance of university–business cooperation in developing students’ practical skills and preparing professionals who meet labour market demands.

Mahabbat Ibrahimova, Director of the “Araz” Housing Construction Cooperative, expressed the company’s readiness to support the organisation of industrial internships, site visits, training sessions and professional development programmes for students.

As part of the meeting, the parties signed a Memorandum of Understanding. The document provides for joint activities in construction, engineering, urban planning, energy efficiency, green construction, digital technologies, internships and employment.

The meeting concluded with an exchange of views on continuing the partnership through specific projects and a joint action plan.
