A training session on “Maintaining Gender Balance in the Distribution of Positions” was organized for students at Mingachevir State University. The training was conducted by Arzu Allazova, a specialist from the university’s Human Resources Department.

During the training, participants were provided with comprehensive information about the importance of gender balance and its role in ensuring organizational effectiveness, fair management, and a healthy work environment. Nurlana Huseyn and Arzu Allazova delivered presentations on the topic, explaining key concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Within the framework of the interactive training, students were divided into small groups and engaged in discussions on the topic. The exchange of ideas and group work helped participants gain a deeper understanding of the subject.

At the end of the event, students’ opinions on the topic were heard, their approaches were discussed, and their questions were answered.

It should be noted that organizing such training sessions contributes significantly not only to strengthening students’ theoretical knowledge but also to developing their analytical thinking and teamwork skills.
