An awareness-raising event was organized at Mingachevir State University on the occasion of April 15 – International Culture Day. Initiated by the university’s Library and Information Center, the event was held outdoors in a friendly and interactive atmosphere.

During the event, attended by a group of students, participants exchanged views on the role of culture in social life, the importance of libraries in preserving cultural heritage and passing it on to future generations, as well as the role of reading and information resources in the intellectual development of young people. Throughout the discussions, participants actively joined the debate environment by sharing their perspectives on the topics.

The meeting, which continued in a question-and-answer format, contributed to the development of students’ analytical thinking and communication skills. The event was also regarded as an important platform for the effective organization of students’ leisure time and for increasing their socio-cultural activity.

At the end of the event, appreciation was expressed to everyone involved in organizing and conducting the program.
