On January 6, 2026, Rector Anar Eminov of Mingachevir State University met with students studying in the part-time education format at the university.

In his speech, Rector Anar Eminov emphasized that part-time education is one of the university’s priority areas and stated that expanding access to quality education for students studying in this format, as well as ensuring transparent and objective assessment mechanisms, remains a constant focus of attention. He also noted that students enrolled in part-time education have the same rights and opportunities as full-time students.

During the meeting, extensive discussions were held on the educational process of part-time students, their academic performance, the organization of the examination session, innovations implemented within the framework of the electronic university model, as well as the students’ social and academic needs.

During the meeting, students expressed their suggestions and requests regarding issues of interest to them.

At the end of the meeting, Anar Eminov wished the students success in their studies.
