A practical and awareness-raising training on “Assessment of Teaching, Innovative Methods, and Strategies” was organized for a group of teachers at Agdash State Humanitarian College under the initiative of Elza Iskenderli, a lecturer at the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of Mingachevir State University.

The main objective of the training was to enhance teachers’ knowledge and skills in assessment, promote the application of modern and student-centered approaches in the teaching process, and provide more effective support for students’ learning activities.

During the training, participants received detailed information on developing objective and transparent assessment criteria, innovative teaching methods, interactive lesson models, and practical applications of modern pedagogical approaches.

The training was conducted in an interactive format, allowing teachers to work on various tasks, exchange ideas, and deliver presentations.

In the concluding discussions, participants emphasized the practical usefulness of the training and expressed their intention to apply the acquired knowledge and skills in their future pedagogical activities. The training made a significant contribution to teachers’ professional development.
