A training session on “Women Leadership and Management Skills” was held at Mingachevir State University. The training was conducted by Nuralan Huseyn, Head of the Human Resources Department.

During the training, participants received comprehensive information on the essence of women leadership, development of management skills, and modern management principles. Practical recommendations were provided on enhancing women’s roles in management, active participation in decision-making, and organizational leadership skills.

The session also covered key skills such as effective communication, team management, motivation, and conflict resolution. Challenges faced by women leaders and strategies to overcome these challenges were discussed in detail.

At the end of the training, participants’ questions were addressed, discussions were held on the topic, and practical recommendations for daily application were provided. The training contributed to the development of participants’ leadership and management skills.
