A training on “Analysis of the Regional and Global Labor Market” was organized at the Faculty of Economics and Management of Mingachevir State University.

The training was conducted by Professor Elnur Sadigov. During the training, participants were provided with comprehensive information about recent changes in the regional and global labor markets, economic and social factors influencing the formation of the labor market, as well as the main features of labor market policies in different countries.

During his presentation, Professor Elnur Sadigov also shared his views on modern methods used in labor market analysis, statistical indicators, and international experience, highlighting the importance of research conducted in this field.

Within the framework of the training, extensive discussions were held around the topic, participants’ questions were answered, and views were exchanged regarding future development trends of the labor market.

It should be noted that Mingachevir State University regularly organizes awareness-raising events aimed at developing modern knowledge and skills in line with labor market demands, enhancing students’ analytical thinking, and promoting the study of international experience.
