On 14 July 2026, another public reception was held at Mingachevir State University (MSU). During the reception, attended by the Rector of the University, Anar Eminov, and the heads of the relevant structural units, appeals from students, master’s students, graduates and other members of the public were heard.

The appeals mainly concerned the organisation of the educational process, employment and career opportunities, support for student initiatives, innovation activities and participation in international programmes.

The participants’ concerns were carefully reviewed, relevant explanations were provided, and several issues were resolved on the spot. Appeals requiring further examination were taken under consideration, and appropriate instructions were issued to the responsible structural units.

During the meeting, it was emphasised that the University continues to prioritise transparent and effective governance, open dialogue, support for innovation and entrepreneurial initiatives, as well as activities aligned with the principles of sustainable development and the green university concept.

It should be noted that the regular public receptions held at Mingachevir State University contribute to strengthening direct communication between the University administration, students and members of the public, ensuring the prompt consideration of appeals and increasing public satisfaction.
