A startup marathon titled “Digital Skills and Future Professions” was held at Mingachevir State University with the aim of promoting digital transformation processes, supporting young people in acquiring skills aligned with the demands of the modern labor market, and encouraging the development of innovative ideas related to future professions. The event was organized on the initiative of the university’s Digital Transformation Department and created a creative environment for students to work on technology-based projects.

Within the framework of the marathon, participants developed various innovative solutions by exploring the new skills and professional directions required in a rapidly changing technological environment. Student teams worked on technology-oriented projects related to artificial intelligence, digital platforms, online learning tools, automation systems, and the development of skills that correspond to the needs of the labor market. The proposed ideas aimed to create digital services that would help individuals adapt more easily to future professions and acquire new knowledge and skills.
