On February 20, 2026, a meeting of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Team of Mingachevir State University was held.
The meeting discussed the university’s planned activities related to the SDGs, the division of responsibilities among team members according to the goals, and the overall action plan. Strategic directions for the implementation of the SDGs were identified, and specific areas of responsibility were assigned to each team member.

The Rector of the university, Anar Eminov, attended the meeting and shared his views on how the Sustainable Development Goals could be applied more effectively in the university’s educational process, scientific activities, and social projects. He emphasized that the SDGs play an important role not only in environmental and economic fields but also in social and cultural development. He also highlighted the importance of implementing various international cooperation projects to further strengthen the university’s activities in this area.
