On December 7, 2025, within the framework of the 3rd International Conference titled “Sustainable Development Strategy: Global Trends, National Experiences and New Targets” dedicated to the “Year of Constitution and Sovereignty” and hosted by Mingachevir State University (MSU), 8 section meetings were organized.

During the section meetings held in a hybrid format, more than 600 scientific studies on energy, artificial intelligence, economics, green development, cybersecurity, innovation, education, and social sciences were presented by scholars and researchers representing 24 higher education and research institutions of Azerbaijan, as well as participants from 19 countries. The discussions focused on challenges caused by global changes, the national priorities of “Azerbaijan 2030,” the post-war development model, digital transformation, green energy transition, and the establishment of a sustainable economy.

The sessions covered various scientific fields dedicated to energy efficiency and economic transformation, climate change and the application of artificial intelligence, development of the innovation ecosystem, sustainable management in agriculture, strengthening social welfare and human capital, as well as modern education strategies.

The heads of the sections emphasized the high quality of the presented scientific reports and noted that the conference serves as an important platform for strengthening international scientific integration.

It should be noted that the closing ceremony of the conference is planned to be held on December 8 at Azerbaijan Technical University. During the closing session, it is expected that the results achieved throughout the conference, future cooperation prospects, and the final resolution will be highlighted and adopted.
