A training titled “Professional Skills for Local Industrial Sectors” was held at the Department of Management of Mingachevir State University (MSU). The training, organized within the framework of the university’s awareness-raising activities, was delivered by Mustafa Mustafayev, Director of the Goranboy Vocational School, and Tarana Aliyeva, a lecturer at the Department of Management.
During the training, participants were provided with detailed information about the role of professional skills in the development of local industrial sectors, specialization in accordance with labor market demands, and the formation of practical knowledge and competencies. It was noted that the training of qualified specialists is of great importance for the sustainable development of the industrial sector, and the role of vocational education in this direction is steadily increasing.
In their presentations, Mustafa Mustafayev and Tarana Aliyeva spoke about the key professional skills required in production fields, the application of technical knowledge, innovative approaches, and the preparation of young people for the labor market. They also emphasized the importance of developing skills that correspond to the requirements of the real sector.
Within the framework of the training, students’ questions were answered, an exchange of views on the topic was held, and the development prospects of local industrial sectors were discussed.
