New Approaches in Modern Psychology at Mingachevir State University: Workshop Held on Drug-Free Neuroregulation for Depression and Anxiety

Within the framework of the International Conference on “Multidisciplinary Scientific Research in Psychology”, held at Mingachevir State University on April 24–25, 2026, a workshop titled “Drug-Free Approach: Neuropsychology-Based Neuroregulation in Depression and Anxiety” was organized by Narinc Rustamova, Head of the Narinc Psychology Center and clinical psychologist.

During the workshop, participants were informed about drug-free intervention methods for depression and anxiety, neuropsychological mechanisms, and modern approaches based on the brain’s self-regulation capacities. The presentation particularly emphasized the role of neuroregulation methods in stabilizing emotional states, managing stress, and enhancing psychological well-being.

As part of the workshop, which was conducted in an interactive format, participants engaged in practical exercises, discussed real-life situations, and were introduced to the application possibilities of modern psychological approaches.

At the end of the session, participants’ questions were answered, and an exchange of ideas took place around the topic. The workshop was considered significant in terms of increasing practical knowledge in the field of psychology and promoting modern approaches.
