Gateway from Mingachevir State University to Europe: Cooperation Opportunities Discussed with Hungarian Universities

Samira Ahmadova, Head of the International Relations and Cooperation Department of Mingachevir State University, held meetings with several prestigious higher education institutions during a business trip to Hungary.

During the visit, potential cooperation opportunities with Szechenyi Istvan University and Corvinus University of Budapest were extensively discussed.

During the meetings, the parties exchanged views on organizing academic exchange programs, implementing dual degree programs, increasing teacher and student mobility, carrying out joint scientific research projects, and expanding cooperation within the framework of various international programs. In particular, mutual interest was expressed in strengthening integration into the European Higher Education Area and expanding the international partnership network.

At the same time, the parties also considered the possibilities of signing bilateral agreements and preparing concrete action plans for future cooperation.

It should be noted that expanding the international cooperation relations of Mingachevir State University occupies an important place among the university’s strategic development priorities, and the steps taken in this direction serve to improve the quality of higher education and strengthen integration into the global academic environment.
