On March 31, 2026, under the leadership of Rector Anar Eminov, the academic and administrative staff, students, and master’s students of Mingachevir State University visited the Martyrs’ Alley in the city of Mingachevir.

Within the framework of the visit, participants attended the commemorative event organized by the Mingachevir City Executive Authority, laid flowers at the Genocide Memorial erected in the Alley, and honored with deep respect the memory of compatriots who lost their lives during the tragic events of 1918.

The visit also served to strengthen the spirit of respect for history, patriotism, and national solidarity among students and master’s students.

It should be noted that Mingachevir State University always considers loyalty to historical values and preservation of memory as priorities and pays special attention to educating young people in the spirit of patriotism.
